- 74bd9 may close any account at its discretion, without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required to do so for legal or regulatory compliance reasons. Balances in closed accounts that are legitimately owned will be returned after verification and applicable deductions.
All financial transactions on the 74bd9 platform are subject to the following terms. Players are responsible for understanding and complying with any applicable local tax obligations arising from winnings; 74bd9 does not provide tax advice and does not withhold taxes on behalf of players.
- The minimum deposit is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit cap imposed by 74bd9, though individual payment providers including bKash and Nagad may apply their own transaction limits.
- 74bd9 does not charge processing fees on deposits. The full deposited amount is credited to your casino balance. Any fees charged by your payment provider are outside 74bd9's control and are the player's responsibility.

Deposits made using promotional funds or bonus balances may not be withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the promotion under which they are offered, as well as the following general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
- Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value until all wagering requirements are satisfied. Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the relevant promotion terms; uncompleted requirements will result in bonus expiry and forfeiture.
- 74bd9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. This includes cancelling bonuses that have already been credited to an account where 74bd9 determines the bonus was credited in error or as a result of fraudulent activity.
- Bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting software errors to generate unintended winnings, or placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a profit — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
- Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to new players only. A player who has previously held a 74bd9 account under a different name, email address or mobile number is not eligible for new-player promotions.
- Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to game restrictions. Free spins are valid only on the game or games specified in the promotion terms and expire if not used within the period stated.
